THE “DUNLIN” CONFERENCE ROOM, PONTIN’S BLACKPOOL,
CLIFTON DRIVE NORTH, LYTHAM ST ANNES, LANCASHIRE FY8 2SX.

THE ACCOMMODATION STUDY DAY WILL UPDATE YOU ON:

  • Dealing with Difficult Clients
  • Junior Doctor Expectations
  • BMA Update and Review
  • New Pest Control Challenges
  • Meeting Accommodation Supply and Demand

The day will provide delegates with the opportunity to discuss issues and determine the directions required in establishing the way forward for their Trust in an increasingly challenging environment.

The Study Day will also provide delegates with the opportunities to establish contacts with service providers and advisors.

THIS ONE-DAY COURSE IS DESIGNED FOR NHS STAFF RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT OF RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION, SUCH AS ACCOMMODATION OFFICERS, DOMESTIC SERVICE MANAGERS, HOTEL SERVICE / FACILITIES MANAGERS.

The cost of attending the conference is £100.00 per person.

This includes attendance at the conference, course handouts, coffee/tea on arrival, mid morning coffee/tea and biscuits, 2-course lunch and afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits.
