SUPERVISORY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
held on
WEDNESDAY 9th, THURSDAY 10th
AND FRIDAY 11th MAY 2001
at
LADYBRIDGE HALL TRAINING AND CONFERENCE CENTRE,
399 Chorley New Road, Bolton
The North West NHS HOTEL SERVICES TRAINING ADVISORY GROUP are delighted to have been chosen by NHS ESTATES to develop and deliver this important programme which may, in the long-term, form part of the NATIONAL FACILITIES TRAINING STRATEGY.
Disciplines working within Facilities Management have a key role in improving and developing standards of service. The recent introduction and compliance with nationally set FM standards require services to meet the high expectations of our service users. This course has been designed to inform our supervisors of the requirements of the National Plan and to help them deliver these services professionally and with pride.
The course will also provide inter-active learning and networking opportunities for participants on a multi-trust basis.
The workshop is aimed at Supervisors employed within Facilities which encompass Hotel Services, Catering, Domestic Services, Portering, Estates, Linen Services, CSSD and any other Facilities Supervisors.
The cost of attending the three-day residential course is £250.00 per person. This includes attendance at the three-day course; all course information; accommodation at Ladybridge Training and Conference Centre (all rooms are for single occupancy, some en-suite, all with tea and coffee making facilities and televisions) all meals and mid morning and mid afternoon beverages.
At this stage, places on the course are limited to two per Trust, so if you would like to attend, please complete and return the application form as soon as possible.
If demand is sufficient, it is our intention to re-run the course later in the year.
