Present a one-day conference on:

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!

held on

FRIDAY, 23RD APRIL 2010

at

THE WRIGHTINGTON HOTEL & COUNTRY CLUB,
The Wrightington Suite,
Moss Lane, Wrightington,
Wigan, Lancashire, WN6 9PB

In 2010 and beyond the NHS will inevitably be required to make substantial efficiency savings. It is essential that the service takes the necessary steps to achieve savings and efficiencies whilst maintaining and improving quality. As always, Estates and Facilities Managers will rise to this challenge. However, short term efficiency and productive gains will not deliver the savings required and Managers will need to address more medium and long term strategies in order to deliver real savings. The only way to save money is to spend less on staff, supplies and premises.

This one day Conference will enable Managers to share short term ideas and plans and it will highlight to delegates some medium and long term strategies that other organisations within the NHS are already developing.

THIS CONFERENCE WILL BE OF SPECIAL INTEREST TO DIRECTORS AND ALL EFM MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY STAFF, EFM MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANTS.

WE ARE EXPECTING THIS CONFERENCE TO BE FULLY SUBSCRIBED.  IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND, PLEASE COMPLETE AND SEND IN AN APPLICATION FORM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The cost of attending the conference is £125.00 per person OR, £100.00 per person if two or more attend from the same Trust/Organisation. This includes attendance at the conference, course handouts, coffee/tea on arrival, mid morning coffee/tea, two-course buffet lunch served in the Restaurant and afternoon tea/coffee.

Please Note - Although every attempt will be made to adhere to the published programme, the TAG reserves the right to make changes to the speakers or programme should this be necessary.
