Northern NHS Estates TAG - NEWSThe ESTATES TRAINING ADVISORY GROUP was set up in 1994 under the Chairmanship of COLIN FITZPATRICK, Director of Facilities, Central Manchester/Manchester Children’s University Hospitals NHS Trust. Colin’s contribution to the TAG is very much valued and greatly assisted in the progression of the TAG from its’ very beginnings right up to its’ present extremely successful position. Colin’s enthusiasm and commitment has been invaluable to the TAG. In 2003, Colin retired from his post, and from the TAG, and HOWARD JACKSON, Facilities Manager, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals, has taken over the Chair of the ESTATES TAG. Howard, a founder member of the ESTATES TAG, is determined to ensure that the ESTATES TAG strives to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to help Estates personnel to achieve objectives, keep abreast of current developments and changes within the service, and face the challenges of the future in our ever changing environment.
