Harry is a chartered professional with over 25 years experience incorporating the design and maintenance of commercial and industrial premises. Harry has worked for the NHS since 2000 initially starting within the capital department of Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust before taking up his present role as Head of Operational Estates. Harry started his career as an electrician, before diversifying into building and engineering services.  Over the years he has gained qualifications, expertise and experience of a wide range of building and engineering services.

Chris commenced working in the NHS in August 1975 and has held a wide variety of senior posts within Estates and Facilities Management field.
His career started as a Building Works Assistant within the former Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale Heath Authority.
His skills and professional roles have developed over the 35 years into being a well regarded Senior Estates and Facilities Manager currently in East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. His current responsibilities particularly focus around driving forward the Sustainability agenda, particularly around energy, carbon reduction and waste management.
Chris joined the Northern Estates Tag in 2009 and hopes to support fellow Estates and Facilities professionals in driving forward Estates professional, technical and craft-staff development and learning, particularly with the new challenges facing the NHS.

David Stanbury is the Hard Services Manager for National Healthcare service contracts for Serco. He left the NHS in 2005 to commence a new career with Lorne Stewart as the Senior Operations Manager in the private sector but still very much in the Healthcare Estates environment.
David progressed from apprentice to engineer then moving into the NHS in 1990 in an Estates Officer role. Originally employed within a design office he later moved into operational maintenance management at Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Hospitals NHS Trust in the Estate Manager position.
David is a fellow member of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estates Management and is also a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management.
He has been an active member of the Estates TAG since 2004.

Eddie is the Assistant Director Estates and Facilities for NHS Blackpool.  He has been employed in the Health Service since 1974 in various roles involving Facilities Operational Services and Capital Developments. Eddie is a member of CIBSE and IHEEM and is registered with the Engineering Council. He is an active member of the Northern NHS Estates Training Advisory Group and in his spare time carries out duties as a part time Police Officer with the Lancashire Constabulary.
